I have always had a passion for helping others and love to see people happy. I believe that a clear physical space can bring a sense of peace. Organizing has always been very authentic for me as order helps me achieve goals more easily. Joining my natural abilities in organizing and my coaching skills seemed to be the perfect marriage as the two often go hand in hand because of the emotions and transition that come along with organization and change. I have had the pleasure of watching my clients transition into new phases in life, feeling confident, less anxious, and with a more clear and positive outlook. Those who reach out to me for an appointment have taken the first step toward reaching their goals and I am proud to be a part of that process.
I incorporate strategies that go beyond just organizing. There are many tools that can support and supplement the organizing process that help my clients well beyond our time together. Many times the need for organizing is a result of the loss of a family member, or the need to downsize or move from a longtime home. Not only will this bring up challenging emotions, but the need to possibly donate or remove items from the home can bring more feelings of grief or loss. I provide proven techniques that help clients feel comfortable through the process and proud as they achieve their goals, while also teaching them strategies that will allow them the understanding and ability to maintain their achievements and their space, and to continue to grow on their own. I am always available for continued support.
